  • Most companies don't restrict off-hours referral activities that don't compete directly with their offerings. There are several things we can do to assess if this program is right for you:
    Introductory call to understand your customers and your existing role. Perhaps your company only sells products, but you've heard they are branching out to offer Managed Services. In that case, it's better to be cautious and avoid potential conflicts of interest. 

    In other ocassions, we've seen companies encourage sellers to provide consultory and/or advisory services since it enhances your know-how and build up both you and your companies reputations. So it all depends. 

  • Minimal. After the initial introduction and discovery call (about 1-2 hours total), our team handles all the heavy lifting.

    You're welcome to stay involved for learning purposes, but it's not required for earning commissions.
